A. Purpose, Legal Basis, and Retention Period of Personal Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Performance of a civil law contract or taking actions upon request before its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process this data until the contract is fulfilled and later for the limitation period of potential claims as determined by law;

Marketing purposes, i.e., presenting an offer for concluding a civil law contract, based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This involves conducting the Company’s marketing activities and developing its business. We process this data until an objection is raised;

Conducting telephone, email, or postal correspondence, based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This allows us to maintain ongoing contact with you and respond to inquiries. We process this data during the correspondence period and later for the limitation period of potential claims as determined by law;

Fulfilling our accounting and tax obligations based on applicable legal provisions (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We process this data until the time specified by these provisions;

Establishing, defending against, and pursuing claims based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This involves the ability to determine claims, defend against them, and pursue them. We process this data until the claims expire, as determined by law;

Recruitment, based on:
a. The Labor Code:
(1) Article 221 § 1 and 2 – concerning name(s), surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, and employment history if necessary for performing work of a specified type or position (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
(2) Article 221 § 4 (and other relevant legal provisions) – concerning other personal data when necessary to fulfill obligations imposed on us by law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
b. Consent:
(1) Regarding sensitive data as specified in Article 9(1) GDPR (Article 221b § 1 of the Labor Code in connection with Article 9(2)(a) GDPR),
(2) Given for future recruitment processes (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
(3) Regarding reference verification with a former employer;
c. Our legitimate interest in selecting a suitable candidate for a given position – concerning personal data other than those mentioned in points 6a-b, provided to us during the recruitment interview (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We process this data until the recruitment process concludes and, if the candidate has given consent for future recruitment, for a maximum period of 1 year.

Providing personal data is:

Voluntary – for marketing purposes (point 2), correspondence exchange (point 3), and recruitment (points 6b-c);

Legally required – for accounting and tax purposes (point 4), due to tax and accounting regulations;

Voluntary but necessary – for concluding and performing a contract (point 1) and recruitment (point 6a) concerning name(s), surname, date of birth, and contact details of a job candidate, as the lack of such data will prevent contract execution or participation in recruitment.

Data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.

B. Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred on our behalf to entities that process them, such as:

Postal or courier service providers;

Payment service providers;

Insurance companies;

IT service providers.

C. Rights Related to Personal Data Protection

You have the following rights:
